Richard has held a number of senior leadership and consultant positions with key sector institutions including Family Enterprise Xchange, Ontario 211, JW McConnell Foundation, United Way, YMCA YWCA, Youth Services Bureau and Enterprise Non Profits Canada. He has been engaged as member of local, provincial and national advisories that have led diverse population and community impact development initiatives. Through this work, Richard has led a variety of organizational change management and strategic planning projects that have resulted in measurable improvements in impact performance, expansion of stakeholder engagement, funding increases and team performance results.
